6-7 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken
1 - 16 oz sour cream
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c Keebler cracker crumbs
2 tbls poppy seeds (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts. Cut into big chunks. Combine 1 cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Stir cooked chicken into mixture and put into an 8 x 8 casserole dish. To make topping: Combine butter, cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. Spread over chicken mixture. Bake at 350° F until brown and bubbly (30 - 40 minutes).
