1 c flour
1/2 c cornmeal
eggs
seasonings
scott towels
Directions:
Directions:
When deep frying fish always put them on scott towels, they have to be completely dry. Then add a cup of flour and 1/2 cup cornmeal in a bag. Shake it well along with what ever seasonings you want in it. Roll fish in beaten eggs if you want other wise put them in the mix and fry.
