Ingredients: 3 lb ground round 2 celery stalks, diced 1 sm onion, diced 3 eggs 12 saltine crackers, crushed salt and pepper to taste catsup for top

Directions: |
Directions:Mix all together. Put in a 2-3 quart baking dish - pat real good. Drizzle top with catsup. Bake at 325° F for 2 hours 15 minutes covered. Un-cover and bake for another 30 minutes. |

Notes: Kimmi's father taught her how to cook. He gave to her some dishes that have become her most treasured possession in her kitchen. If she could she would want to prepare a meal for her father, and I know he would be proud of the cook she has become! He has inspired both me and Kimmi to cook. I looked forward to sharing recipes with Kimmi that I made for Buck when he wasn't feeling good. I would say, our Dear Bucky, inspired me to be the cook I am today and the reason I have worked so hard to preserve our family's recipes. I am honored to have been a small part of his life and lucky to have his recipes in my family's cookbook. Kimmi and Bucky will always have a special place in my heart!
