Brussels sprouts, cleaned, trimmed and halved
Olive oil
Sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Toss sprouts with generous amount of olive oil and sea salt to coat. Arrange cut side down on cookie sheet or shallow baking sheet in one layer. Roast for approximately 7-12 minutes until cut side is golden; turn and roast another 5-10 minutes until soft.

Perfect for Thanksgiving or anytime. Prepare any veggies in the same way, especially potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squashes, etc... Squashes are nice with added dried cranberries and toasted walnuts served over wild rice. Spring and summer veggies nice with a dollop of pesto served over rice or pasta.
