3 chicken breasts, diced
1 can diced tomatoes (with green peppers & onions), undrained
1 T chili powder
1 can black beans or kidney beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 c. chopped cilantro or sliced green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, tomatoes, & chili powder in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 5 minutes until chicken is done; sauce will get thickened.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer 5-7 minutes.

Top with cheese, diced avocado, or green onions, if desired.
