1/4 C butter, melted
1/3 C firmly packed light brown sugar
1 29 oz can sliced peaches, well drained
1 18 1/2 oz pkg yellow cake mix
1 3 1/2 oz pkg vanilla flavor instant pudding
4 eggs
1 C sour cream
1/4 C oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Combine butter and brown sugar in 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Arrange peach slices atop sugar mixture. In large mixer bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, and vanilla; blend. Then beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Spoon into pan. Bake in 350º oven 55 minutes or till cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto serving platter; remove pan.
