Boneless Chicken breasts
flour for dredging
eggs for dredging
olive oil
lemons
parsley for garnish
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts until thin cutlets. break 1 egg into bowl and scramble. Dip breasts in egg. Prepare plate of flour with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to plate of flour. dredge until coated. Shake off excess. Preheat enough oil in skillet to cover bottom of pan. Add coated breasts to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through approximately 6 minutes per side. drain on paper towels. serve with lemon slices and parsley, warm pita bread and hummus.
