2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter, onions, soup, salt, pepper, sour cream, and cheese. Blend well. Scatter hash browns in buttered 9x13 baking pan/dish and pour mixture over potatoes. Mix corn flakes with remaining 1/4 cup melted butter, spread over top of mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is slightly golden brown. Yum.
