6 pork chops
1 cup uncooked rice
1-3/4 cup hot water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, sliced
salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in skillet.
Put rice into 9x13 inch baking pan.
Add water and soup, mix until blended.
Place browned pork chops on top of rice mixture and lay sliced onion rings on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes or until rice is tender.
Enjoy!
