Prepare pound cake mixes together according to pkg directions, adding orange and lemon peel. Turn into greased and lightly floured 10 inch fluted cake pan. Bake in 350º oven for 1 1/4 hours or till tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack and cool 20 minutes more. Place on serving plate. Using utility fork, punch holes in top of cake at 1 inch intervals. Combine sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and rum; bring to boiling. Spoon very slowly over cake, a small amount at a time, allowing cake to absorb sauce. Continue till all mixture is used. Chill cake till serving time.
