20 graham cracker, 2 1/4 inch square or 28 graham crackers, 1 3/4 inch square
2 T granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 T butter, melted
1 lb 4 oz can chilled pineapple chunks
3 oz pkg lemon gelatin
8 oz pkg cream cheese

Crush graham cracker in plastic bag with rolling pin. Shake crumbs into bowl, add sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Mix well; press into 9 inch pie pan. Chill. Meanwhile, drain pineapple chunks, reserving syrup; add water to syrup to make 1 cup. In saucepan bring syrup to boil; remove from heat, add gelatin, stirring till completely dissolved. Blend half of hot gelatin into softened cream cheese. When smooth, pour into chilled crust, refrigerate till set. Arrange pineapple atop and spoon remainder of gelatin over all. Refrigerate.
