1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs, 20 2 1/4 inch squares
1/4 C granulated sugar
6 T butter, melted
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted (2 oz)
4 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 C granulated sugar
6 eggs
2 C half and half cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine cracker crumbs, the 1/4 cup sugar, and butter. Press in bottom and 2 inches up sides of a 9 inch spring form pan; Melt chocolate; set aside. Beat cream cheese and vanilla till fluffy; gradually beat in the 1 3/4 cups sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating till blended. Stir in cream. Combine 3 cups of the batter with cooled chocolate. Pour plain cheese mixture into crust, sprinkle cinnamon over mixture. Slowly add chocolate mixture using zigzag motion. Bake in 450º oven 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300º and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes more or till knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cool 1 hour, and remove sides of pan. Refrigerate cake.
