5 T butter, softened
1/3 C brown sugar
1 C sifted all purpose flour
1/4 C chopped walnuts
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 egg
2 T milk
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Cream butter and brown sugar; add flour and nuts and mix well. Reserve 1 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining in bottom of 8x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake in 350º oven 15 minutes. Cram sugar and cream cheese till smooth. Add egg, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat well. Spread over crust; sprinkle cinnamon over cheese mixture. Sprinkle the reserved 1 cup topping over all. Return to oven; bake 25 minutes more. Cool; refrigerate.
