16 oz ground meat
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 c green pepper, chopped
10 oz pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 c (8 oz) tomato sauce
2 tsp chili seasoning
1 T Brown sugar
1 (7.5 oz) pkg biscuits
1 tsp parsley
3 T cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375º. Non-stick spray an 8x8 pan. In a large skillet, brown meat, onion, & green pepper. Stir in pinto beans, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, and brown sugar. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Spread hot meat mixture into pan. Separate biscuits and cut into 4 pieces. Place dough over meat. Sprinkle with parsley. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown. Place dish on rack to cool for 5 minutes.
