1/4 c chopped onion
1 c tomato sauce
1 3/4 c diced or stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/2 c water
1 tsp parsley
1 can green beans, drained
1 can carrots, drained
1/2 c peas
1/2 - 1 c corn (frozen or canned)

Directions:
In large sauce pan, brown meat and onion. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, water, parsley, green beans, and carrots. Bring to boil. Stir in peas and corn. Lower the heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
