2 1/2 lbs shredded pork loin
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bottle catsup
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp mixed pickling spice (in cloth bag)

Directions:

Cook pork loin (overnight in crockpot). Shred pork with 2 forks; place in stockpot. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Simmer for 1 hour. Remove pickling spice bag before serving.
