1 lemon
2 packages Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
8 ounces Imitation Crab Stix (Crab Delights) cut in small pieces
4 ounces cream cheese – I use a little extra
4 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon mayo
½ teaspoon dill weed
½ package dry ranch dressing
8 ounce bottle shrimp sauce
2 green onions – chopped
¼ cup chopped green pepper – optional
Finely chopped celery – optional
Alfalfa sprouts – optional
8 ounces finely shredded mozzarella cheese or Swiss cheese

Directions:

Arrange rolls on jelly roll pan or in circle on 15 inch baking stone. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed, mayo and ranch dressing – mix well. Spread on top of cooled crust. Spread with shrimp sauce. Sprinkle crab stix with lemon juice, drain well. Place seafood on top of shrimp sauce. Garnish pizza with the rest of ingredients. Cut in pieces and serve.
