2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (10 ounce) can chicken, drained (you can also use rotisserie or freshly cooked)
1 cup ranch dressing
¾ cup Louisiana hot sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese (about ½ to 1 cup, you decide)
Frito Corn Chip Scoops or crackers

Directions:
In a microwave safe bowl soften cream cheese enough so you can mix the ranch dressing, hot sauce and chicken with it. Place in a small crock-pot and cook until hot, make sure everything is mixed well, then add cheese on top and set crock-pot to keep warm. Serve hot with Frito scoops or crackers.
