1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C butter
2 eggs
3 medium bananas, mashed
3/4 C honey
1 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 C quick cooking oats
Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl, cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, banana, and honey. stir together dry ingredients except oats. Add to creamed mixture, beating just till blended. Stir in oats. Fill 24 muffin pans lined with paper baking cups 2/3 full. Bake in 375º oven for 20 minutes or till done. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
