2 lb. beef tenderloin
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) melted butter
Salt and Black Pepper
1 c. bearnaise sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle the beef on both sides with salt and pepper. Place the loin on the hot grill or under the broiler and baste with melted butter. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until done according to preference; when the internal temperature reaches 120º the meat is cooked rare. Slice the beef and serve with Bearnaise. Garnish with sautéed fresh seasonal vegetables.
