3 egg yolks
1 C granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 C boiling water
4 stiff beaten egg whites
1 egg yolk
6 T butter, melted
2 C sifted powdered sugar
4 tsp. milk
1 C finely chopped peanuts

In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks; add granulated sugar and vanilla, beating till thick and lemon colored. Sift together flour and baking powder; stir into yolk mixture. Add boiling water; mix well. Fold in stiff beaten egg whites. Spread evenly in greased 15 1/2x10 1/2 inch baking pan. Bake in 350º oven for 25 minutes or till done. Cool. In mixing bowl, combine egg yolk, melted butter and powdered sugar. Beat till smooth. Add 3 tsp. milk, if more is needed add the 4th, to make of spreading consistency. Sprinkle nuts over top, pressing slightly.
