3 1/2 C uncooked oats (quick or old fashioned)
1 C raisins
1 C chopped nuts
2/3 C butter, melted
1/2 C firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 C honey
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toast oats in ungreased large shallow baking pan in 350º oven for 20 minutes. Combine toasted oats with remaining ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into greased 15 1/2x10 1/2 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 25 minutes. Cool; cut into bars.
