2 eggs beaten
1/4 to 1/2 c of milk
2 tbls cold butter
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
apricot jam

Syrup:
2 c sugar
2 c boiling water
2 tbls butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, cut butter into flour mixture until it is crumbly. Add beaten eggs and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Roll the dough out to a 1/4 inch thickness. Spread jam on it. Roll up. Place in lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with syrup.

Syrup: Boil together for 5 minutes. Pour syrup over Roly Poly. Serve hot with ice cream.
