Ingredients:  
Cream together:
1/4 c butter, 3/4 c sugar and 1 egg until smooth
Add alternately 1/2 c milk and 1 3/4 c flour and 2 tbls baking powder
Spread into greased jelly roll pan (10 x 15)

Sprinkle over the top 3 cups chopped rhubarb.

Sprinkle next the following mixture:
1/2 c butter, 6 tbls flour, 1/2 c oats, 1 c brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Bake 350° F for 35 minutes.
