crushed Pineapple Drained
shredded carrots
cool-whip

Directions:
Depending on how much you want to make, is how many boxes of Jello you will need. Make Jello as directed on the box, only substitute 1 cup of cold water with 1 cup of pineapple juice. Shred carrots and set aside, along with pineapple. When jello is almost firm mix carrots and pineapple. Top with cool whip. You can be festive and use some shredded carrot to decorate! Goes well with Thanksgiving and Halloween gatherings.
