2 c. butter
1 c. berry sugar
3 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. rice flour
12 oz. toblerone bar, chopped in chunks
2 Tbsp. icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In stand mixer, beat butter until light. Gradually beat in sugar and continue to beat until sugar is dissolved, about 5 min.

In a bowl, whisk together the flours. Stir into butter mixture and combine well.

Save 50 of the biggest chunks of chocolate and mix the rest into the dough.

On a parchment lined cookie sheet scoop out 50 cookies.(purple scoop). Press a
chunk of chocolate into each cookie.

Bake for 20 -25 min. until very lightly browned. Cool and dust with icing sugar.
