1 T flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 veal cutlets (1 lb)
1/4 C cooking oil
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 T flaked parsley
1 T capers, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp oregano, crushed
Hot buttered noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper; cover veal lightly with flour mixture. In skillet brown meat in hot oil. Remove meat, add onion to same skillet, cook till tender but not brown. Add meat, tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, capers, garlic salt, and oregano. Cover; simmer for 25 minutes or till veal is tender, stirring occasionally. Arrange veal on hot buttered noodles; top with sauce.
