1 15 oz can tamales
2 T flour
1 tsp. Chile powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1 16 oz can cream style corn
1/2 C shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tamales, reserving sauce. Slice tamales crosswise; set aside. In mixing bowl combine reserved tamale sauce, flour, chili powder, and salt. Add eggs, corn, and sliced tamales. Turn into 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered, in 350º oven for 45 minutes or till set. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 minutes longer or till cheese melts.
