1 3 lb. Chicken
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Small Onion
1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Grated Cheese
2/3 Cup Undiluted Carnation Milk
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken, dip in flour. In a 13x9 pan melt butter and place chicken skin side down. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 425º. Turn chicken & add cut up onion & bake 15/20 minutes longer. Mix carnation milk, soup and cheese & pour over chicken. Cover dish with foil & bake 10-15 minutes longer.
