1 C uncooked rice
2 large slices ham, cooked
3 C milk, heated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ham slices into serving pieces. Arrange rice and ham in alternate layers in greased 2 quart deep baking dish, using rice for bottom and top layers. Season, add milk and bake in 350º oven for 1 hour or till rice is tender.
