Directions:
Allow 20 minutes per pound. Hams pre-cooked, 12-15 minutes per pound. Wipe whole or half ham clean. Place in roaster, fat side up, add 2 cups of water. Cover and bake in 325º oven till barely tender. Remove from oven. Remove rind, score fat, cutting criss cross. Cover with ham glaze (recipe under sauces). Stick whole cloves in center of every square. Cover roaster, bake at 400º, about 20 minutes or till glaze is melted.
