2 cups sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
10 large marshmallows or 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1 8 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 cube butter
1 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 3 ingredients to a rolling boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Put 3 other ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture over ingredients in bowl and stir until it begins to thicken. Put in a well-buttered 8X8 pan and chill.

I have fond memories of Mom mixing away at the fudge with a wooden spoon...you had to be really strong. Then I got to lick that yummy spoon if I was patient enough.
