1 lb round steak
2 T butter
1 C chopped onions
1 10 3/4 oz can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 C beef broth
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 C diced carrots
2 C diced celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 C hot cook rice (1 cup uncooked)

Cut meat into thin narrow strips. Brown on both sides in hot butter. Add onions and cook till tender, but not brown. Stir in soup, broth, and garlic salt. Add carrot and celery and simmer 30 minutes or till meat is tender. Serve over hot rice.
