1 8-ounce package linguine cooked according to package directions
3 Tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup flour
2 3/4 cup milk
1 package mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp butter
4 slices white bread
2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
Salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Cook linguini.

2. Heat 3 Tbsp. butter in saucepan, cook onion till tender.

3. Stir in flour until blended.

4. Stir in milk, bouillon, mushrooms, salt and pepper.

5. Stir until mixture thickens, then remove from heat.

6. Stir in cheese.

7. In skillet, melt 3 Tbsp. butter. Tear bread in small pieces and stir into butter. Brown slightly.

8. Add sauce and turkey to linguini and stir gently. Spoon into a 9x12 baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
