2 c. Pineapple Juice
2 c. Orange Juice
Juice of 2 lemons
1 gal. Apple Cider
2 Sticks Cinnamon
8 Whole Cloves
1 1/4 c. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer 20 minutes or longer until spice taste is definite. Strain, serve hot or iced.

Coffee Pot method: 30 cup coffee pot, pour in juices ,place all spices and sugar in basket and percolate. Remove spices and serve. Coffee pot will keep Wassail hot.
