2 packages 3-ounce strawberry Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
2 packages 10-ounce frozen strawberries
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix boiling water and Jell-O together until Jell-O is dissolved.

2. Add in frozen strawberries. Stir occasionally until thawed.

3. Pour half of the mixture into an 8x8x2 pan. Chill until firm.

4. Spread evenly with sour cream.

5. Pour remaining Jell-O into pan.

6. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and top with sour cream.
