2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 package extra-sharp cheese
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil elbow pasta for about 8-10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, melt butter and add onion. Sauté until tender.

3. Stir in flour.

4. Add in milk and mustard. Stir lightly until thickened.

5. Shred or cut cheese in 1/2 inch squares; add to sauce. Stir until melted.

6. Drain pasta and add to sauce mixture.

7. Place in ungreased casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

8. Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes.
