3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup margarine
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups jam

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients.

2. Cut in margarine.

3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.

4. Chill 1/4 of dough.

5. Press remaining dough onto bottom and sides of ungreased jelly roll pan. Spread with jam.

6. Roll chilled dough on lightly floured board, cut into ½ strips. Place diagonally on jam to form lattice.

7. Press around edges to seal.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
