For the Salad:
1 lb fresh spinach washed, dried
2 tsp sugar
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 eggs, hard cooked and sliced
1 small head lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 package frozen peas, defrosted
1 red onion, sliced
Salt and pepper

For the Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 lb Swiss cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Arrange spinach in bottom of very large salad bowl. Combine salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle half over spinach.

2. Layer remaining ingredients over spinach in order given.

3. Sprinkle remaining seasonings.

4. For Dressing: Combine mayo and Miracle Whip evenly over top of salad. Top with grated cheese.

5. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours. Toss and serve.
