3 packages chopped spinach
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend cream cheese, butter, lemon juice. Mix in thawed and drained spinach.

2. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.

3. Layer quartered artichokes on bottom of pan and cover with spinach mixture.

4. Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm crumbled stuffing mix.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
