2 Number 2 cans diced beets
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons whole allspice
1 small container sour cream

Directions:
Drain juice from one can.

Place drained beets and second can of beets, including juice, with next four ingredients in saucepan.

Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Cool and drain. Fold sour cream into beets and serve cold.
