"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

2 oz Ketchup

Directions:
Mix ingredients in medium saucepan. Simmer sauce for 1 hour. May be used with breaded chicken or shrimp.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Smitty's Birdland in Rochester NY would fry the chicken until the bones are crispy enough to eat. Served with cold macaroni salad. Chicken or shrimp was served over a piece of white bread with enough sauce to float the chicken!
