1 8-ounce Velveeta cheese
6 apples
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup self-rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice apples, cook in saucepan until soft but not mushy. Set aside.

2. Place cheese and butter in medium pan on low heat and melt. Remove from heat.

3. Stir in sugar and flour, mix well.

4. Place drained apples in casserole dish. Put cheese mixture on top

5. Place in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until brown and puffy.

Bake at 350º.
