1 box of jello
any fruit except fresh or frozen pineapple (not to exceed 1/2 c. per package jello)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 1 c water, pour over powdered jello in bowl. Add 1 c of cold liquid (either plain water or drained water from fruit plus water to equal 1 c). Pour into lightly oiled mold or bowl. Refrigerate until partially jelled; approximately 1-3 hours. Stir in fruit. Continue to refrigerate until completely jelled. when ready to unmold, put large bowl of hot water in sink, dip jello mold into hot water for 3 seconds. Put platter on top of mold and turn upside down.
