Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs chuck or round steak
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup onion chopped
1 1/2 lbs new potatoes (white, red, or Yukon gold)
1 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup water
3/4 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp thyme
1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut beef into cubes. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper.

2. Brown in Dutch oven on all sides in butter.

3. Stir in remaining ingredients - except sauerkraut.

4. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Stir in sauerkraut and bake 1 hour.

Bake at 350º for 2 hours.
