3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except raisins. After it is thoroughly mixed stir in raisins. Bake in a 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.

Substitute 1 diced apple, unpeeled or dried cranberries.
