1 lb chicken livers
3 or 4 hard boiled eggs
1 stalk celery
1 large onion
chicken schmaltz (optional or canola oil)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry livers in oil until cooked; about 5 minutes. while livers are cooking slice onion and add to liver cooking pan. make sure onions don't burn. roughly chop celery. add all ingredients including hard boiled eggs and salt and pepper to cuisinart. roughly chop.
refrigerate covered.
