1 can black beans, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can black olives
1 small can chopped green chilies
10 green onions, sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Garlic salt, to taste

Directions:

1. Mix and let ingredients set for 4-6 hours.

2. Enjoy with scooping Doritos or your favorite vegetable or chips.

Tips: also try with diced pimentos, canned corn, and diced red and green peppers.
