1 can (20oz) artichoke hearts, drained
3/4 lb raw shrimp, boiled and cleaned
1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
5 tbsp butter
1/4 cup onions, chopped
4 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp dry sherry
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Paprika, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Half and slice artichokes and arrange in a buttered 9x13 baking dish.

2. Spread cooked shrimp over artichokes and sprinkle parmesan cheese over shrimp and artichokes.

3. Sauté mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes. Lift out and sprinkle over artichokes and shrimp.

4. Cook onions in butter until transparent. Add flour and cook a minute or two longer.

5. Add half and half; stir until thickened. Add Worcestershire, salt and pepper and sherry to cream sauce.

6. Pour over contents of baking dish.

7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika.

8. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Serve with rice. Makes 6 servings.
