4 lb. bone in pork butt
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. Mexican chili powder
chicken stock or Mexican beer

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper and brown pork butt in oil well on all sides. Place browned butt in oven proof pot to fit snuggly. Add chicken stock or beer (whichever you prefer) almost to cover pork. Add cumin, chili powder and oregano and cover. Braise in oven on 350-degrees for 3 hrs.
Remove pork and shred into chunk's. Place pork into baking dish and brown in oven on 350-degrees. Reduce liquid to about 1 C. Toss browned pork and sauce and serve. Serve with warm corn tortillas, hot sauce and condiments of your choice.
